Our offices are open from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 17.30.
Orders or requests for estimates can be sent by fax or e-mail.

SHIPMENT

All shipments are made on the same day or a most 24 hours after receiving the order, if in stock.
For materials not in stock, we will give the foreseen shipment date and await customer confirmation.
Shipments are by express courier. A fixed packaging and transportation cost of €10.00 will be included on invoice for packages up to 15 Kg.

PRICES

The prices given on our lists are fixed (see following paragraph for discount terms).
Minimum order price € 100,00 excl. VAT.
The updated version of the catalogue and price list can be downloaded from our Internet site: since these are frequently updated, we recommend you visit the site prior to ordering.
Through the site it is also possible to automatically fill-in Order forms or Estimate Request forms and send us your details.
The company reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
All prices are excluding VAT. Sales can only be made to VAT number holders.

DISCOUNTS

The following discounts apply to orders of a certain entity:

• free shipment for orders over € 300.00+VAT;
• free shipment + 3% discount for orders over € 500.00+VAT;
• free shipment + 5% discount for orders over € 1.000,00+Iva.

PAYMENT

Payment conditions are as follows:

• Bill of exchange at 60 days from invoice date;
• Bank Draft 60 days from date of invoice;
• Credit Card.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to request payment in advance.
Interest will be applied at the legal rate in case of late payment.

GUARANTEE

All our products are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects for one year from delivery.
Any products found defective during the guarantee period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the guarantee, and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any direct or indirect damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
